Chinese Android Mobile Phone does not support Google services. I want to install Google Application Framework on my Moto X Pro. This is my objective to get root.<\/p>\n

Nexus 6\u3067\u306e\u30eb\u30fc\u30c8\u5316\u60c5\u5831\u3092\u983c\u308a\u306b\u30eb\u30fc\u30c8\u5316\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002Nexus 6\u3068\u306f\u624b\u9806\u306b\u82e5\u5e72\u306e\u9055\u3044\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u306e\u3067\u3001\u307e\u3068\u3081\u3066\u304a\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Chinese one-click-root tools seem to be not support Moto X Pro yet. \u00a0I used Nexus 6 rooting information.<\/p>\n

You need to install Android SDK and USB drivers for ADB and FASTBOOT, if you do not have installed them. I do not write detail about this here.<\/p>\n

We need to get unlock code from Motorola web site<\/a> to unlock bootloader of Moto X Pro. It seems to me, no unlcok code is required on Nexus 6.<\/p>\n

– You need to sign up Motorola web site or use Google ID login
\n– Follow web site instruction. Fill up unlock data gathered by ‘fastboot oem get_unlock_code’ command to the web site. Then you will receive unlock code by e-mail
\n– ‘fastboot oem unlock unlock_ocde’ to unlock bootloader \u00a0(replace unlock_code with unlock code you got)
\n– Reboot fastboot for safe<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong><\/em>CF-Auto-Root<\/a>\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u4f7f\u3044\u65b9\u306f\u7c21\u5358\u3067fastboot\u30e2\u30fc\u30c9\u3067\u63a5\u7d9a\u3057\u3001\u6dfb\u4ed8\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30d7\u30c8(Windows\u306e\u5834\u5408\u306froot-windows.bat)\u3092\u5b9f\u884c\u3059\u308b\u3060\u3051\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Just use CF-Auto-Root for Nexus 6<\/a> to get root. Put the phone to fastboot mode and connect USB. Then run script which contained CF-Auto-Root package.<\/p>\n

TWRP does not run on my Moto X Pro. I gave up to use it.<\/p>\n

Since no custom recovery tool. I installed gapps manually.<\/p>\n

CM12\u7528\u306egapps\u30d1\u30c3\u30b1\u30fc\u30b8<\/a>\u3001\u79c1\u306e\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u305f\u306e\u306f gapps-lp-20141212-signed.zip \u3067\u3059\u3002\u307e\u305a\u3001\u3053\u306e\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u306e\u4e2d\u8eab\u3092\u3069\u3053\u304b\u306b\u5c55\u958b\u3057\u3066\u304a\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

I used gapps package for CM12,\u00a0gapps-lp-20141212-signed.zip. At first, please unzip the file contents.<\/p>\n

\u5927\u96d1\u628a\u306b\u8a00\u3046\u3068\u3001gapps\u306e\u4e2d\u306e\/system\/prev-app\/\u3068\/system\/app\/\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u30d5\u30a9\u30eb\u30c0\u30fc\u3001\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u5168\u3066\u3092Moto X Pro\u306e\u540c\u3058\u30d5\u30a9\u30eb\u30c0\u30fc\u306b\u30b3\u30d4\u30fc\u3059\u308c\u3070OK\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

I copied application folders under \/system\/prev-app\/ and \/system\/app\/ of gapps package to same folders of Moto X Pro.<\/p>\n

\n– Using Windows Explorer (Or Android File Transfer on Mac OS X), copy all folders and files under ‘\/system\/app’ of gapps to ‘Download\/xxtemp\/app\/’ of the Moto X Pro. Do same thing for ‘\/system\/prev-app’.
\n\u2013 Run adb shell and do followings.
\n$ su
\n# mount -o rw,remount \/system
\n# cp \/sdcard\/xxtemp\/* \/system\/app
\n# chmod -R 6755 \/system\/app\/GoogleContactsSyncAdapter
\n-> perform ‘chmod -R 6755 to all application folders. In my case, there were 11 applications under ‘prev-app’ and 13 applications under ‘app’.
