The procedure provided by Onda was okay. However it was written in Chinese. So, I summarized the procedure here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[ \u30a4\u30e1\u30fc\u30b8\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u306e\u30c0\u30a6\u30f3\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9 ] Download image files<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306f\u5b9f\u969b\u306b\u306f\u4e2d\u56fd\u306e\u30b5\u30a4\u30c8\u304b\u3089\u30c0\u30a6\u30f3\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u304a\u305d\u3089\u304f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u82f1\u8a9e\u30da\u30fc\u30b8\u306e\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u3082\u540c\u3058\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>I actually downloaded image files from Chinese web site, but it seems to me following English web page provides same image files.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ondaforum.com\/files\/file\/582-v919-3g-air-_winows-81-system-image-v5-version-part1rar\/\">V919 3G AIR _winows 8.1 system image (V5 version) .part1.rar<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ondaforum.com\/files\/file\/583-v919-3g-air-_winows-81-system-image-v5-version-part2rar\/\">V919 3G AIR _winows 8.1 system image (V5 version) .part2.rar<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u3068\u308a\u3042\u3048\u305apart1\u306e\u4e2d\u304b\u3089UltraISO_v9.5.2.2836.exe\u3068Win8.1_x32_PE.iso\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u51fa\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002rar\u306e\u5c55\u958b\u306b\u306f7-zip\u3092\u4f7f\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002Extracted &#8216;UltraISO_v9.5.2.2836.exe&#8217; and &#8216;Win8.1_x32_PE.iso&#8217; from part1 file. I used 7-zip to extract rar files.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[ USB\u30e1\u30e2\u30ea\u30fc\u306b\u30d6\u30fc\u30c8\u30a4\u30e1\u30fc\u30b8\u3092\u4f5c\u6210 ] Create bootable USB memory stick<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8GB\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306eUSB\u30e1\u30e2\u30ea\u30fc\u3092PC\u306b\u633f\u5165\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Insert USB memory (8GB or larger) to the PC.<\/li>\n<li>UltraISO_v9.5.2.2836.exe\u3092\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u6a29\u9650\u3067\u5b9f\u884c\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Run &#8216;UltraISO_v9.5.2.2836.exe&#8217; as administrator mode.<\/li>\n<li>Win8.1_x32_PE.iso\u3092\u958b\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002Open &#8216;Win8.1_x32_PE.iso&#8217; by Crtl+O dialog.<\/li>\n<li>Alt+B\u3067\u958b\u304f\u4e0a\u304b\u30894\u756a\u76ee\u306e\u30e1\u30cb\u30e5\u30fc\u3092\u5b9f\u884c\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Invoke 4th submenu of Alt+B menu tree.<\/li>\n<li>\u30c0\u30a4\u30a2\u30ed\u30b0\u306e\u4e2d\u592e\u4ed8\u8fd1\u3067USB\u30e1\u30e2\u30ea\u30fc\u306e\u30c9\u30e9\u30a4\u30d6\u3092\u9078\u629e\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Select USB memory drive at middle of the dialog window.<\/li>\n<li>\u5de6\u5074\u306e\u30c1\u30a7\u30c3\u30af\u30dc\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u306b\u30c1\u30a7\u30c3\u30af\u30de\u30fc\u30af\u3092\u5165\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002Check left side check-box on the dialog.<\/li>\n<li>\u5de6\u304b\u3089\uff12\u3064\u76ee\u306e\u30dc\u30bf\u30f3\u3092\u62bc\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Press 2nd button from left.<\/li>\n<li>UltraISO_v9.5.2.2836\u3092\u7d42\u4e86\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Close the\u00a0UltraISO_v9.5.2.2836.<\/li>\n<li>Windows\u306e\u30c7\u30a3\u30b9\u30af\u306e\u7ba1\u7406\u3092\u958b\u304d\u3001USB\u30e1\u30e2\u30ea\u30fc\u4e0a\u306e\u5927\u304d\u3044\u65b9\u306e\u30d1\u30c6\u30a3\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3092NTFS\u3067\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30de\u30c3\u30c8\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u6642\u3001\u30e9\u30d9\u30eb\u3092WINPE\u3068\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Open disk manager of the Windows and format larger petition of the USB memory stick as NTFS format. Alter label to &#8216;WINPE&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>\u30c0\u30a6\u30f3\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9\u3057\u305f\uff12\u3064\u306e\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u306e\u5185\u5bb9\u3092\u3053\u306eNTFS\u30d1\u30c6\u30a3\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u306b\u5c55\u958b\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u305f\u3060\u3057part2\u306e\u65b9\u306eimages\/Install.wim\u306f\u58ca\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3088\u3046\u3067\u3059\u3002\u540c\u3058\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u304cpart1\u306b\u5165\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306a\u306e\u3067\u554f\u984c\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002Extract contents of 2 downloaded files to this NTFS partition. But &#8216;images\/Install.wim&#8217; of part2 file is corrupted. Same file is in part1 file, so it should not be a problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>[ \u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u30a2 ] Restore<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OTG\u30b1\u30fc\u30d7\u30eb\u306bUSB\u30cf\u30d6\u3092\u63a5\u7d9a\u3057\u30ad\u30fc\u30dc\u30fc\u30c9\u3001\u30de\u30a6\u30b9\u3001\u4f5c\u6210\u3057\u305fUSB\u30e1\u30e2\u30ea\u30fc\u3092\u523a\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002Connect USB keyboard, mouse and USB memory which created the WINPE image above by using OTG cable and USB hub.<\/li>\n<li>V919\u306e\u96fb\u6e90\u30dc\u30bf\u30f3\u3092\u62bc\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30db\u30fc\u30e0\u30dc\u30bf\u30f3\u304c\u9752\u304f\u5149\u3063\u305f\u3089\u30ad\u30fc\u30dc\u30fc\u30c9\u306eEsc\u30ad\u30fc\u3092\u62bc\u3057\u7d9a\u3051\u307e\u3059\u3002Power on V919.
